This website is operated by EQSAB Compliance Services (“EQSAB”). By using it you accept these terms. The register and verification service are provided for checking accreditation status; automated scraping, bulk extraction, or republication of register data without written permission is prohibited. The EQSAB name and mark are proprietary; no licence is granted by viewing this site. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [city].
Privacy policy
EQSAB processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data submitted through application, complaint, and contact forms is used only for operating the accreditation scheme, is retained for [retention period], and is not sold or shared for marketing. Register entries name legal entities, not private individuals. Requests concerning personal data may be addressed to the registry; the grievance officer under the Act is [name, contact].
Disclaimer
EQSAB is a private accreditation authority and is not a signatory to the IAF MLA. Nothing on this site constitutes a representation that EQSAB accreditation is equivalent to accreditation by a national accreditation body or recognised under any mutual recognition arrangement. Accreditation relates to the certification body assessed, not to any product, service, or organisation certified by that body. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQSAB accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on certificates issued by accredited bodies or on register information used outside its stated purpose.
Register accuracy notice
The register is updated on the effective date of each accreditation decision. In case of conflict between the register and any document presented by a certification body, the register prevails. Errors may be reported to the registry and are corrected with a dated annotation rather than silent amendment.
